Most popsicles and frozen treats contain a lot of artificial colours and flavours, and way too much sugar or artificial sweeteners. Not to worry! These delicious raspberry coconut popsicles are made with just 3 ingredients—all of which are whole, real food ingredients. They’re refreshing, easy to make, and oh-so-tasty. Enjoy!
1 lb fresh organic raspberries, washed 1 cup full-fat coconut milk 1/4 cup honey
Place raspberries in blender. Add in coconut milk and honey. Blend until liquid. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Makes 10-12 popsicles.
