Shipping Notice: Canada Post Labor Negotiations

We want to keep you informed about the ongoing labor negotiations involving Canada Post. Our team is closely monitoring the situation to ensure your orders continue to arrive safely and on time.

Continued Service with Canada Post We have decided to continue shipping with Canada Post throughout this negotiation period. The labor union has publicly committed to not engage in strike action while discussions are ongoing, which means deliveries will proceed without disruption for now.

Staying Vigilant We’re keeping a close eye on developments. If circumstances change or service is impacted, we’re fully prepared to switch to alternative carriers to maintain reliable delivery for our customers.

PO Box Delivery Canada Post allows us to ship directly to PO boxes—something many other carriers cannot offer. This ensures more flexible and secure delivery options for our customers.

Remote & Rural Access Canada Post’s extensive network means we can now reliably deliver to remote and rural regions that are often underserved by other carriers. Whether you're in a small town or a far-off community, your order can reach you without compromise.

We offer free Expedited Shipping on orders to provinces that have a pre-tax order value over $59.00*. At this time we do not offer free delivery to Territories. The following shipping rates apply to provincial orders orders below $59.00 pre-tax and are subject to change. If a discount is applied to an order and the pre-tax value of that order then falls below $59.00 free shipping does not apply. While we service all provinces and territories we reserve the right to cancel orders being delivered to remote regions that are outside of Ontario and are not often serviced by delivery carriers.  

Goodness Me! is committed to providing our customers with quality products every time.  For product that has a quality issue prior to its expiry date, we are pleased to refund the full value of the product, based on the Goodness Me! receipt.

We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers must provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.

Online refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. If you are returning an online order due to a mistake we made (e.g. an incorrect item), we will pay for return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The following products are final sale (unless there is an issue of product quality): Gift Cards, Books, Bulk Foods, Products sold with 25% or 40% discount sticker, Makeup and items that are listed online as Discontinued. 

Education: For paid classes a full refund will be given only if requested 3 business days prior to the start of the class.

Housewares, Appliances, Health Aids: Once used these products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
