As the Canada Post situation evolves, we're adapting by partnering with alternative carriers to ensure your delivery needs are met.
Important: Delivery Restrictions
Orders to P.O. boxes, certain remote locations, and Airstage locations may not be deliverable during the Canada post disruption. Please update your shipping address to a civic address (business, family or friend residential address) to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Important Notes
For shipments using Canada Post or already in their network, delivery times may vary. Orders not going to P.O. boxes, Airstage locations, or remote areas will not be impacted as we'll be using other carriers. You may need to pick up packages from Purolator for remote areas. For the duration of the strike, returns will not be processed, and refunds of fulfilled items will be delayed.

Processing Time
All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. This includes product packaging and label requirements needed for shipment.
Canadian Shipping Policy & Rates
We offer free Expedited Shipping on orders to provinces that have a pre-tax order value over $59.00*. At this time we do not offer free delivery to Territories. The following shipping rates apply to provincial orders orders below $59.00 pre-tax and are subject to change. If a discount is applied to an order and the pre-tax value of that order then falls below $59.00 free shipping does not apply. While we service all provinces and territories we reserve the right to cancel orders being delivered to remote regions that are outside of Ontario and are not often serviced by delivery carriers.

In-Store Return Policy
Goodness Me! is committed to providing our customers with quality products every time. For product that has a quality issue prior to its expiry date, we are pleased to refund the full value of the product, based on the Goodness Me! receipt.
We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers must provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.
Gift Cards, Books, Bulk Foods, Products sold with 25% or 40% discount sticker
Education:
For paid classes a full refund will be given, if requested 3 days prior to the start of the class Life watchers, Goodness Me! is confident that you will love our LifeWatchers program. If you were to choose not to continue the course after week 4 we would be happy to refund you the remaining part of the course. We are not able to refund for missed LifeWatcher classes.
Housewares, Appliances, Health Aids
Once used these products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Online Orders & Returns
Online refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. If you are returning an online order due to a mistake we made (e.g. an incorrect item), we will pay for return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The following products are final sale (unless there is an issue of product quality): Gift Cards, Books, Bulk Foods, Products sold with 25% or 40% discount sticker, Makeup and items that are listed online as Discontinued.
