Combine all of the ingredients except for the chicken in a bowl. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and marinate for an hour in the fridge. Heat the oven to 350°F. Place the chicken breasts and marinade in a small glass dish. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with a side Greek salad.
