3 cloves organic garlic, minced
1/3 cup tamari
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup organic cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
3 salmon fillets
Whisk all ingredients except salmon together. Place salmon fillets in glass baking dish or in a large zip lock bag. Add marinade. Let marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate with melted coconut oil. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
