In mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, Herbamare, eggs, flour, cilantro, onion and cayenne. Melt coconut oil over medium heat. Drop zucchini mixture by tablespoons into the coconut oil. Fry about 3 minutes per side or until golden. Flip cakes over and fry another 3 minutes or until golden. Remove and serve hot.
