Place marinade in a square glass dish. Marinate chicken 2-4 hours. Assemble kabobs (if using wooden skewers soak 4 hours or overnight). Piece of chicken, red onion wedge, zucchini slice, red pepper square, piece of chicken, cherry tomato. Repeat so that each skewer has one cherry tomato and ends with a piece of chicken. Grill over medium heat, approximately 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken every couple of minutes. Serve and enjoy!
