Grilled Maple Peaches with Coconut Ice Cream

Grilled Maple Peaches with Coconut Ice Cream

A delicious end to a summer meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe organic peaches, pits removed and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Coconut Bliss Coconut Ice Cream  

Method:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 
  2. Place peach slices on grill and cook until nicely browned with grill lines on the slices. 
  3. Remove and put into a bowl with coconut ice cream. 
  4. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches and ice cream. 
  5. Enjoy!
