Granola Berry Greek Frozen Yogurt Bars
Serves 9
Granola Base Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup Goodness Me! maple syrup
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp grass-fed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten-free organic oats
- Pinch of sea salt
- Greek Yogurt

Method:
- Mix almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, milk, vanilla extract, oats, and sea salt.
- Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper and press almond oat mixture into a flat even layer.
- Place in freezer while you make the yogurt layer.
- Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Remove granola layer from the freezer and pour yogurt mixture over granola layer. Spread evenly and place back in freezer for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Combine berries, water, and maple syrup in a small pot over medium heat.
- Smash berries with wooden spoon and let mixture boil until it thickens slightly. Let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Remove granola yogurt layers from freezer and spread berry mixture evenly over yogurt layer.
- Place in freezer again for 1 – 2 hours or until yogurt is solid.
- Remove from freezer and cut into 9 squares.
- Serve and store frozen.
