  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cane sugar.
  5. Store at room temperature in an airtight container

MAKE: Avocado Egg Salad

  • 4 organic eggs, hardboiled and peeled

  • 1organic avocado, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup Chosen Foods keto mayonnaise
  • 2ribs organic celery, diced fine
  • 1 dill pickle, diced fine
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. A.Vogel herbamare
  1. Grate eggs on a cheese grater.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
  4. Transfer to a clean container, wrap and store refrigerated.

  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Kitchen pesto

  • 1 tsp Oh My Spice sweet & savory spice
  • 1 tbsp of Goodness Me! organic olive oil
  • 150g
  • piece of Rock Harbour Verlasso salmon,
  • sliced into ¼” strips
  1. Combine all ingredients except pesto in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. Lay salmon flat on a lined sheet pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. 
  3. Cool to room temperature and brush with pesto
  4. Transfer to a clean, dry container and store refrigerated.
