1 cup organic fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 cup full-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large chilled glasses. Serve with a slice of peach on rim of the glass, if desired.
