Vegan Iced Coffee with Maple Syrup & Coconut Milk

Vegan Iced Coffee with Maple Syrup & Coconut Milk

1 cup cold coffee (regular or decaf)
1 cup ice
2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 cup full-fat coconut milk (you might enjoy this one!)
Optional: 1 tbsp. coffee liqueur  

Place ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.
