Savoury Cajun Crusted Grilled Steak

Grilled steak with a spicy, cajun twist.

 

2 Goodness Me! striploin steaks
Cajun Spice Mix

Cajun Spice Mix

  • 2 tbsp. Herbamare
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne (or more if desired)  

Rub steaks liberally with the Cajun Spice Mix.  Refrigerate an hour or so before grilling.  Grill to desired doneness.
