1 head organic broccoli, chopped
1 head organic cauliflower, chopped
1 large organic onion, chopped
3 cloves organic garlic, chopped
1-3 inch piece wakame
1-2 tsp. coarse sea salt
1 tbsp. tamari
Fresh cracked black pepper
6 cups water
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups milk/soy milk/rice milk
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, wakame and seasonings in soup pot. Add water and bring to a boil. Let simmer until vegetables are tender. Purée and add milk and cheese. Stir to incorporate cheese. Turn off heat and serve.
