A creamy and healthy hummus that tastes great with a wide variety of dippers. For this vegan hummus we swapped out chickpeas and added in black soybeans. With more antioxidants and protein than other beans, black soybeans are a powerhouse food for weight loss. With so many health benefits its no wonder this is one of our healthiest dips. Enjoy!
1 can Eden black soybeans
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup organic cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
