4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup tamari
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Herbamare
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. brown sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
Mix sesame oil, tamari, garlic powder, Herbamare, and black pepper together for a marinade. Cut chicken into very small strips. Marinate in above mixture for a few hours. Throw out marinade and thread chicken strips into skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak in water overnight. Combine black, brown and white sesame seeds and spread on a baking sheet. Roll chicken skewers in sesame seeds. Place on preheated grill. Grill for about 10 minutes on medium/high setting or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with honey garlic dipping sauce.
Thanks for catching that, Connie. It should be 1/2 tsp!
