2 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 cup tamari
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cloves organic garlic, finely chopped or grated
1/2 cup organic cilantro, finely chopped
Cut tip off the chicken wing with a sharp knife and then separate the drummette from the flat part of the wing so that you have 2 pieces. Combine remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Place wings 9x13” baking pan. Pour marinade over and stir to coat well. Marinate 2-4 hours. Remove wings from marinade and place on a medium-low grill. When wings start to brown, turn over. Keep repeating for approx. 20 minutes or until wings are cooked through.
