Sugar Free Blueberry Jam with Lemon Juice
4 cups washed organic blueberries
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Place blueberries and lemon juice in a deep pan and bring to a boil for 10-12 minutes. You'll know it's ready because it starts to firm up as you mix it and really starts to bubble. Remove from stove and let cool 5 minutes. Transfer to sterilized jars. Refrigerate.
