In the bowl of a food processor, combine the dry ingredients (everything EXCEPT almond butter/sunflower butter and honey/agave) and pulse a few times. Then, add the nut butter and honey/agave nectar to the dry mixture and process to combine. Roll into balls. If mixture is too dry, moisten with a little water. Enjoy!

Hi Shirley, we don’t count calories—we make calories count! :) Since all of the ingredients are healthy and whole, we often find we don’t have a need for nutritional tables—however, we can acquire them if customers are interested for certain recipes.

Sounds like a good recipe. But wouldn’t a ‘nutritional table’ be helpful?

Would the recipe work if I didn’t add in the protein powder… should I substitute something else?

Hi Laurie, we agree with you! As I mentioned this is something we are working on so please stay tuned for updates :)

Hi there Elaine, the recipe would work without the protein powder—but the protein content would not be as high. The recipe might also be a bit more wet without the protein powder—but you could add more coconut, flax, or other dry ingredients to make up that 1/2 cup of protein powder. I hope this helps!

I agree with Shirley, knowing the nutritional value of your recipes would be very useful. As for myself I need to know how much sugar and protein is in a serving before I make it. So without this information I probably wouldn’t bother trying them. Just because it looks and sounds healthy it doesn’t fit everyones needs without having the proper information to make good choices.
