1 (4.5 oz) log chevre (or cream cheese)
1 cup medium cheddar
1 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion (optional)
1/2 tsp Herbamare
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (use vegetarian)
1 tbsp. lemon juice couple dashes of hot sauce
Garnish: green pepper & Late July crackers
Cream all ingredients excpet garnish together. Roll into 1' balls and then push the center in to look like a little pumpkin. For garnish, crush 12 Late July crackers and roll cheeseballs in crumbs. Cut some little triangles out of the green pepper and place this in the center to resemble the stem. Place on parchment lined tray and refrigerate. Serve with or on a Late July cracker. Enjoy!
