Gluten-Free Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf with Mustard Tomato Sauce

This marvellous meatloaf is completely comforting, totally satisfying for your tastebuds, and packed with nutritious ingredients that are good for the body and the soul. Best of all, these ingredients are all things you're likely to have in your cupboard -and the unique topping makes this meatloaf mouth-watering.
In a large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Press into loaf pan. Spread mustard over top, then tomato sauce, then parmesan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
