Detox-Friendly Crunchy Broccoli with Flax
- 1 head organic broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C). Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and soak in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the bowl and add the flaxseed, sesame seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
