Sweet apples, spiced cranberries, nuts and seeds, and just the right amount of seasonings. This delicious apple cinnamon crisp is the perfect dessert or treat for the fall harvest season - and is so easy to make!
4 cups chopped organic apples (skin on) 2 cups cranberrries 1/2 cup sucanat 2 tbsp. arrowroot flour 1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine apples, cranberries, cinnamon, sucanat, and flour for the base. Pour into a 9x9' baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and pour over apples mixture. Cover and bake at 350°F for an hour or until apples are tender.
