2 tsp. melted butter
4 organic apples peeled and cored
4 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Place melted butter in a small baking dish. Add in the 4 apples. In a small bowl mix together coconut sugar and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture evenly into the hollow middle of each apple. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
