1 cup very ripe bananas mashed (approx. 2 bananas)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup natural almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Mix together the first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together the salt, oats and flour. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix to combine. Add in the coconut and chocolate chips. Stir. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 greased baking pan and smooth the mixture evenly throughout. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Once finished, let cool completely. Cut into 8 bars and store in airtight container to keep fresh.
