A dozen or so organic strawberries, washed, dried and hulls removed (amount depends on size of the berries you use)
1 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips, melted over a double boiler
With a vegetable peeler scoop out the inside of the berry. Spoon the melted chocolate into the hole you created. Place berry in a muffin tin (so it will stand upright). An ice cube tray will also work. Place in refrigerator for about an hour or until chocolate sets. Serve! If desired serve with a pretty bowl of whipped cream. (Whip 250 ml of whipping cream and add in 1/4 cup maple ssyrup right at the end.) YUM!!
