Namaste - Sugar Free Pizza Crust Mix, 453 g

This pizza crust is really tasty. The consistency is quite thin. I spread it fairly thin on parchment paper on the pizza pan. Cool it for about 5 minutes until the dough is firm enough to flip it over. Take the parchment off and flip it over on the pan and cook for another few minutes. I then apply the toppings and cook. The box says 2 crusts. I usually get three thin crusts. Out of the mix. Any left over crusts I wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. When I want pizza to take out of the freezer, thaw, apply toppings and cook. The taste has a nice rosemary flavour. The dough bakes up light and bubbly.
