These are the best hemp hearts out there! I have tried other brands and they have some of the relally hard outer shell left with it! Bad! Like they don’t sift it well.
But I’ve never had that with Manitoba harvest. I give it to my kids with no problem! It tastes great! And we put it on everything my kids love it on yoghurt and pancakes they are “sprinkles” 😛
