While on the Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox Program, one’s diet holds a great deal of importance. During this period, the amount of food consumed does not matter, but the selection of food is quite important. The diet should consist of at least 80% alkaline and neutral ash foods with less than 20% acid ash foods. Referring to the chart that is included within the program, one should eat less than 20% of the foods in Section 1 and 80% or more of foods from Sections 2 and 3 combined.

• Adults, take two tablets from each bottle and 40 drops of the CL Herbal Extract with both breakfast and supper, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.
