These Hemp Hearts r so healthy for so many reasons, but also very convenient. It's easy to throw them in salad or a stir fry, just about anything. They're also very healthy for dogs. I sprinkle some on plain yogurt for my dog everyday and he loves it just as much as we do!
Faux-Oatmeal saviour
Hemp hearts are a filling near oat substitute for when your in dire need of a hot breakfeast. I eat faux-oats almost every morning!

I add this to my oatmeal every morning, stir it in my yogurt for my afternoon snack, and sprinkle it on my salad at dinner. Can’t get enough of it!
Great taste for a good price
I always add this to my smoothies for some good fiber, oils and other awesomeness. Hemp hearts can be quite expensive, but I find this one to be a pretty good value for the amount you're getting. I highly recommend it!
