Vegan Falafel Wrap
Wrap:
1 GM! spinach wrap
2 tbsp hummus
1 lettuce leaf
2 tomato slices
3 pickle slices
2 tbsp red onion, diced
1½ falafel, baked
Tahini Sauce:
½ cup tahini
4 garlic cloves, peeled
1 dash of cumin
½ tsp sea salt, fine
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
- Place the spinach wrap on a plate, and spread the hummus onto the center of the wrap.
- Layer on lettuce, tomato, pickle and sprinkle on onions. Top with 3 falafel ball halves.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the tahini sauce ingredients. Mix well and pour over the wrap filling.
- Fold up the wrap and enjoy!
