1 Stickling's 7 Grain Pizza Crust
1 medium organic butternut squash, peeled, seeded and chopped into small chunks
1 medium organic red onion, sliced
4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Rosemary, dried or fresh
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly toss butternut squash chunks in 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes, or until tender. Remove and set aside. Saute sliced red onion with butter in a frying pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until onions are tender. Set aside. Brush Sticklings 7 Grain Pizza Crust with remaining 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Top pizza crust with sautéed onions, cooked chopped bacon, and mozzarella cheese. Add roasted butternut squash and top with a bit more mozzarella cheese and rosemary, to taste. Place in oven at 350'F for 10 -12 minutes. Remove and let cool. Slice and enjoy!
