Separate your egg yolks from the egg whites – gently whisk egg yolk until smooth. Set aside egg whites in a separate bowl

In a sauce pan, combine almond milk, heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and egg yolks. Place over medium-high heat

Stir together the ingredients for 8-10 minutes, stir constantly and don’t allow the mixture to simmer

Remove the sauce pan from the heat – add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg – whisk until well mixed. Let mixture cool and refrigerate over night.

Serve with cinnamon sticks and sprinkled nutmeg
