Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk

Enjoy a creamy, smooth, naturally energizing start to you day with this easy iced oat milk matcha latte! No need to visit the local coffee shop when you can make this in a few minutes at home!

Why matcha? You get more antioxidants and nutrients with matcha than regular green tea, because you are consuming the tea leaves, not steeping and tossing!



  1. Add matcha to a small bowl. Pour in half the hot water and whisk in a "w" pattern until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add collagen and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
  3. Fill a cup with ice, then pour in oat milk until 2/3 full.
  4. Pour the matcha mixture over the milk. Stir.
  5. Enjoy!


  • Vanilla smooths out the sharpness of matcha, while adding additional flavour! We used Vanilla Oat Milk for an easy vanilla add-in. 
  • Matcha does not dissolve, but requires whisking in hot water for a smooth texture. Try a Matcha Whisk for best results! We promise, it's worth it!
