4 eggs
pinch salt
1/4 cup softened butter
1/3 cup honey
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
2 ripe organic bananas, peeled and mashed
1 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chips
Beat eggs well. Add in butter, honey and salt. Beat well and sift in flour and baking soda. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Stir in yogurt and bananas and beat well. Fold in chocolate chips. Line a loaf pan with greased parchment paper. Pour in batter and bake at 350¢ªF for approximately 45-60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean (depends on your oven).
Hi Karen, you could try using full-fat coconut milk, though I’m not entirely sure it will work in the same way. Or, a plain coconut or almond yogurt might work? Let me know if that helps!

My daughter also has a dairy-intolerance. I use Earth Balance to replace the butter but what do you suggest in place of the yogurt?
