White chocolate and cranberries are an unbeatable combination - and they shine through in this delicious recipe. Made with spelt flour, these cookies are lighter and easier to digest than other cookie recipes. Enjoy!
1 cup butter, softened 1 cup organic sugar or sucanat 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 2 cups light spelt flour 1 cup large flake oats 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup chopped white chocolate
Cream together butter, egg and sugar. Beat in baking powder and flour. Stir to combine and fold in oats and cranberries. Drop by teaspoon full onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Press down a little. Bake 10 minutes at 350¢ªF. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over cooled cookies.

It also had a funny warning at the bottom of the recipe saying that you won’t just be able to have one! Please forward me the recipe, thanks in advance Karin
