Campfire Egg & Peameal Breakfast of Champions

1/4 inch slice of peameal bacon or ham, or a couple slices Canadian back bacon
1 slice cheese, 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 organic red pepper ring, sliced 1/4” thick
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. coconut oil better ghee
Herbamare to taste  

Take a piece of foil about a foot long. Place the peameal bacon on the bottom. Cover with cheese, then the red pepper ring. Season with Herbamare and gently place the coconut oil/butter ghee on top. Bring the sides of the foil up and fold down edges to create a packet. Place on coals for about 5 minutes. If you want the yolk cooked right through, flip the packet over for one minute. You will never want a different breakfast again after tasting this. Yum!!
