Have you ever wondered what goes into your Halloween treats, and what those ingredients might be doing to your kids? Find out the top 10 ingredients you and your family should avoid this Halloween! 

Halloween is a fun time for kids and adults alike. Kids get to dress up—adults do too!—and go around to the neighbourhood collecting treats. Chocolate and candy and sugar, oh my! While this might seem like a great idea at the time, you might want to reconsider some of the treats your kids might be eating this Halloween. Many are made up of harmful ingredients, or ingredients that will set your kids whizzing around the living room long past their bed time.   Here are our top 10 ingredients to avoid this Halloween, and some healthier treat suggestions for your kids.   7. GMO canola oil
  8. Artificial flavours
