One pie shell contains a whopping 24 grams of protein per pie and is loaded with healthy plant-based fats and is rich in nutrients like magnesium, manganese and vitamin E. They are lightly sweetened with only 3 grams of cane sugar per serving and made from three simple, easy-to-pronounce ingredients.
