Join us for a four-week educational series exploring osteoporosis, from understanding risk factors and fracture prevention to nutrition, treatment options, and exercise. In proud partnership with VON SMART Exercise, Wellington County, each session provides practical, evidence-informed guidance to help you better understand osteoporosis and take proactive steps to support bone health.

Learn what osteoporosis is, what causes it, and the key risk factors to be aware of. We’ll also explore common signs and symptoms, including what you may or may not feel as osteoporosis develops.

This is Class 1 of 4. Sign up for the full series to get the complete picture of osteoporosis prevention, treatment, and management.
