ʟ‑Glutamic acid hydrochloride 12.5 mg,
Taurine (2-aminoethanesulfonic acid) 12.5 mg,

Vitamin K1 12 mcg,
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 3.75 mcg (150 IU).

Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with meals. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
