The Raclette de Compton is a farm organic cheese made from cow milk ripened from 60 to 90 days. It is a semi-soft cheese ,and its colour is a mixture of ivory and gold. Its washed rind is copper and its texture is supple and melty. It releases buttery and chestnut flavours.

We serve as a raclette diner or on a cheese plate.
