La Queseria Seleccion Manchego is a semi-hard cheese with a caramel and nutty balance and slightly acidic flavour. The Manchego cheese is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain, it is made of sheep’s pasteurized milk, aged and cured for 12+ months. It is delicious and a great addition to charcuterie or tapas boards; serve with crusty bread, olives and tomatoes.
