• Burdock root (Arctium lappa) Sheep sorrel leaves (Rumex Acetosella) Slippery elm inner bark (Ulmus fulva) Indian rhubarb root (Rheum officinale)

• 2-4 ounces (60-120 ml) twice daily, and preferably one hour before or after meals. No juices 30 minutes before and after consuming ESSIAC. Not to be taken during pregnancy, by nursing mothers or infants. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. One bottle will last 1-2 weeks if taken as suggested. Use within two weeks after opening.
