A rich bittersweet cocoa chocolate chip that are an ingredient for bakers with and intent to create a ‘wow’ factor in cookies, cakes, muffins, waffles etc. The ingredient list is simple, delicious, fair trade, organic and the chocolate chips are now produced and packaged in a facility in Peru free of the 10 priority allergens and gluten free.

Quality means goodness and flavour! These Cocoa Camino chocolate chips are superb! Dark and rich, real chocolate. Simple, real ingredients. Great texture. I love that they are 71% cocoa - that's where the goodness is. Yet they are sweet enough for every purpose. Flavour-wise, there is no comparison. These are the best chocolate chips of all and the only ones I use.

The quality shines through! These are my #1 pick for chocolate chips. The flavour is rich and full. There are no man-made or 'funny' fats here...just what the cacao bean yields. Compare them to any other chocolate chip (most of which just taste like sugar with a bit of chocolate stirred in), and you will understand what a treat these are.
