Suggested Use

Curcumin (sourced from Curcuma longa)375 mg, Psyllium (sourced from Plantago arenaria – dry extract)2500 mg. *Non-Medicinal Ingredient: Citric acid, monk fruit, lemon flavor, maltodextrin, dextrose, acacia gum, tricalcium phosphate.
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one serving (~3 g) per day 1 hour before meals, or as directed by a qualified health practitioner. Mix one serving thoroughly in 8 oz of water or juice. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take during the day (not immediately prior to bedtime). Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
