How long will it take to receive my order?

We work hard to get out all orders rapidly.  That said, orders can take anywhere from 1-7 days to receive, depending on your location. When your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can be sure to keep tabs on everything.

*If you are in an extreme remote location (like Ellesmere Island, Nunavut) please review our shipping policy and times for further details.  

If I think I live in a remote region, how do I know if I do not qualify for free shipping?

You can check out our shipping policy to see if your postal code is considered a remote region.  If you live in a Territory this could apply to you, if you are in a province you will qualify for free shipping at one of our thresholds.

Do you ship outside of Canada

Currently, we only ship orders within Canada. 

Why can’t I find certain products online that I’ve seen in your stores?

If you’ve visited any of our stores, you’ll notice that we offer lots of fresh foods which we currently cannot logistically ship to you. There may also be other products that you’ve seen in our stores that you cannot find online. We are working diligently to add 100 products per week to our online offering so please be sure to check back sometime soon. The product you are looking for may be there next time you look!

How do I return an online order?

You must call or email us with your name and confirmation number to verify and determine whether it’s eligible for a return. If it is, you can return in store or ship it to us.  If a product is broken or is not the product that you ordered, we are happy to pay for shipping and refund you. Please be sure to take a picture of the product should it be broken or tampered with and send it to us at Please understand that we cannot pay for shipping on returns if the product simply does not meet your expectations or has been opened already.
