Session 3: Eating Well for Osteoarthritis
Can nutrition influence Osteoarthritis symptoms? In this session, Alan Sze is joined by special guest Marilia Pereira, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Clinical Iridologist, and Certified Reflexologist. Together, they will explore the connection between diet, inflammation, supplements, and joint health.
Participants will learn which foods and supplements may help support Osteoarthritis management, which may worsen symptoms, and how nutrition can influence energy levels, digestion, stress, and overall wellness. Marilia brings a science-based, whole-body approach, offering practical nutrition strategies, everyday meal ideas, and realistic lifestyle tips to help build sustainable habits that support long-term joint health.
This is Session 3 of 6 in our free Osteoarthritis Education Series. Sign up for all six classes to gain practical tools and knowledge to better manage Osteoarthritis.
