Originally created in Northern Italy, Stracciatella is famous for having fine bits of chocolate throughout a rich, fior di latte base, which results in a smooth texture, and the slightest crunch in every bite. We gave this flavour a twist by adding natural peppermint extract, resulting in the perfect blend of Italian nostalgia and a classic parlour flavour. The beautiful pastel green is naturally created by including flavourless spirulina, pumpkin, and apple to our gelato. Certified Gluten-Free and made with no artificial colours or flavours.
