I love these good fat bars. Helps curb the sugar cravings and keeps me in ketosis. Love that it helps with my fat intake. I recommend putting these in the fridge and eating them cold :)
My go to for a keto friendly snack
I was made aware of these by Thomas DeLauer on YouTube. When I found out it was a Canadian company I was excited to try them. The macros are pretty good and they taste great! Definitely a lifesaver for me when I am wanting a snack that is keto friendly!

Fantastic as a low carb snack or desert!
I've been buying these for a few months now. I prefer the peanut butter chocolatey ones, but all taste great! As part of my attempt at keto, these have been invaluable with keeping me on track. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I tried these thinking they were just going to be another protein bar that doesn’t taste great but you eat it anyways for the protein/fat content. I actually am obsessed with these!! I’ve been buying them for over a month now - the mint chocolate chip one is really tasty as well. Keeps you full!
Good but deceptive packaging
Bars are pretty good but when you get them - about 1/3 of the package is air so the bar is a lot smaller than you are expecting!!!!
