The name “Chaga” originates from the Russian word for mushroom, “czaga,” and its use dates to the 16th century, where it was utilized in Siberia and parts of Asia for its medicinal properties, with great significance in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Even though Chaga is commonly referred to as a mushroom, it is actually a hardened mass – or “canker” – of dark woody tissue that grows on birch trees. Chaga draws precursor compounds directly from the tree and turns them into beneficial compounds known as “triterpenoids”.

Suggested Use

Medicinal Ingredients: 150 mg per capsule: An 8:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 1200 mg of dried Organic Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) fruiting body. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Rice hulls powder Alcohol Free.
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, with a little water. Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
